Day 1 - 3: Melbourne, Park Hyatt
One of the worlds most liveable cities, famous for its energy, restaurants, boutiques, café culture, trendy bars and village-like suburbs, Melbourne is a buzzing metropolis and a great place to begin this adventure. Take the tram to quirky beach-side St.Kilda, explore the unbeatable art galleries or simply soak in the atmosphere from a shady spot in one of the city parks. On day 3, enjoy a foodies tour through Mornington Peninsular, a full day hands-on gastronomic experience filled with mouth-watering tastings. Your stay in Melbourne is spent at the luxurious Park Hyatt, near Parliament House overlooking St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Fitzroy Gardens.
Day 4 - 6: Whitsunday Islands, Hamilton Island Beach Club
Fly to Hamilton Island, nestled amongst the breath-taking Whitsunday Islands at the edge of the Great Barrier Reef. Stay at the Hamilton Island Beach Club, located directly on Catseye Beach, this adults-only resort is set in beautifully landscaped gardens. Enjoy a variety of included water sports such as catamarans, paddle skis, windsurfers and snorkelling equipment or head out on a trip to Whitehaven Beach, Heart Reef or Hill Inlet (additional cost).
Day 7 - 9: Blue Mountains, Spicers Sangoma Retreat
After a flight to Sydney, take your private transfer to the Blue Mountains, where Spicers Sangoma Retreat is home for the next three nights. Cocooned in the natural serenity of the Blue Mountains, this property is a unique and private oasis, seamlessly blending with its natural environment. The retreat offers an all-inclusive experience, with menus featuring locally sourced produce. Day 10 - 12: Sydney, Four Seasons Hotel
After a final morning relaxing in the Blue Mountains, your car is waiting to take you to Sydney for the final three nights, staying at the Four Seasons Hotel in the historic Rocks district beside Circular Quay. The hotel is vibrant and elegant, and all rooms have been carefully designed and subtly furnished with the highest quality amenities. On day 12 a full day private tour of Ku-ring-gai National Park, where winding creeks and stretches of ocean meet rainforest. Stop for lunch in Palm Beach at Jonahs Restaurant, perched on a clifftop overlooking the ocean then continue along the coastline passing the northern beaches, before arriving back at your hotel in Sydney for the final night.
Day 13: Departure
Transfer to the airport for the return flight to the UK.
