We understand there is a little uncertainty around at the moment, however, it still remains a great time to book your future travel plans. Prices are rising quickly and availability is getting more difficult, particularly in key destinations. Despite this, we are still seeing some great deals for holidays travelling in 2022 and even 2023! 

Many holidays only require a low deposit to secure, plus we have introduced a number of flexible booking measures, so you can relax and book with the reassurance that if circumstances change, you'll be free to change your plans.

On all new bookings only, made until 31 July 2022, Travel Routes is offering our clients the following policies should you need to amend or cancel your booking, for whatever reason;

Waived Amendment Fees

Up until 60 days prior to travel, if you decide you want to delay your trip to another time, Travel Routes will waive amendment fees to allow you to defer your travel plans for up to 12 months. You will only need to pay the fare difference, if applicable, and any third-party charges passed on by a hotel or airline.

Waived Cancellation Fees

Up until 60 days prior to travel, if you decide you want to cancel your trip, Travel Routes will waive any cancellation fees to allow you to cancel your travel plans. Any monies paid to us can be converted into a credit which can be used towards any future holiday with us within 2 years from the date of cancellation. You will only need to cover the cost for any non-refundable third-party components, which will be advised at the time of booking.

Foreign Office Advice or Red List Countries

At 30-days prior to the start of your holiday, if the official Foreign Office advises against travelling to your destination, or a country you are due to travel to goes on the U. K’s Red List, during the period in which you are due to travel, then you will be able to defer your trip for up to 12 months from the original date of departure, without any cost to yourself. The new dates will be subject to availability and some re-booking date exclusions may apply. Alternatively, any monies paid to us can be converted into a credit which can be used towards any future holiday with us within 2 years from the date of cancellation, or you can request a refund.
