Day-by-Day

Day 1 - 3: El Karama Lodge, Laikipia

Begin your family adventure with a three-night stay at the El Karama, an award-winning eco-lodge that has been recognised for its family environment, sustainability and its plethora of wildlife that thrive amongst the private estate. The Kids Bush school provides a range of educational activities and guests are highly encouraged to take part in interactive conservation projects which can range from anything from monitoring lion populations to the reforestation of indigenous forests. 

Day 4 - 6: House in the Wild, Masai Mara

Your next three nights are spent within a private estate within the Enonkishu conservancy, which sits on the edge of the iconic Masai Mara. The House in the Wild is perfect for families, providing accommodation in private villas amongst what was once a high-scale commercial farm. Here, amongst the plethora of wildlife encounters and experiences offered, guests can discover the challenging projects that the lodge has taken on – mainly, but not exclusively, to restore the rangelands back to their natural state, after over a decade of intensive farming.  

Day 7 - 9: Alfajiri Villas, Diani Beach

Your last nights in Kenya are spent with a well-deserved break ​on Kenya’s renowned Diani Beach. Staying in one of Alfajiri’s private villas, complete with your very own swimming pool, enjoy the idyllic location in style. A coral-reef boat excursion is included with plenty of opportunity for snorkelling and you will have direct access from your villa to the beautiful golden sands, of what is widely considered one of Kenya's greatest beaches.
