Day-by-Day
Day 1 - 3: Victoria Falls
Watch the ‘smoke’ from the falls rise above the lush vegetation surrounding Ilala Lodge Hotel at Victoria Falls, then a private tour of nature’s masterpiece reveals its full magnificence. Spot hippo, crocodile, and elephant, while enjoying a sundowner cocktail on a memorable sunset cruise of the Zambezi River.
Day 3 - 6: Hwange National Park
Travel by road to Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe’s largest reserve with huge stretches of wilderness playing a part in the ancient migration routes. Artificially pumped waterholes sustain life while the long dry months prevail, attracting an abundance of wildlife to this precious resource. Feel the remote seclusion while staying at Khulu Bush Camp, where the luxurious accommodation blends seamlessly into its wild environment.
Day 6 - 9: Matobo Hills
Then head to a landscape like no other – Matobo Hills is a naturally unique and mysterious World Heritage Site with immense spiritual and cultural significance. Spend three nights in the secluded rock suites crafted into the hillside at Amalinda Lodge, an architectural masterpiece in the spiritual tranquillity of untamed Africa.
Day 9: Departure
Depart Amalinda Lodge for your road transfer to Bulawayo Airport for your flight home.
